MLB All-Start Break Is Near......

Hello Everyone,

With this being the last week before the MLB all star break, it's time for me to do everyone a public service. Just when you're starting to think that your "SURE FIRE CHASE SYSTEM" can't possible lose I'm here to dump a bucket of cold water on you.

Remember this and you'll be a better sports investor.   ANY TEAM CAN GET SWEPT BY ANY OTHER TEAM.  Even though it is not likely and sweeps only happen 20% of the time anyway, this time of year can be a real house of horrors for bettors

Let's go back in time to Saturday July 10th 2010.  A day that will live in sports betting infamy.  This was game 3 of a 4 game series with the LAST PLACE Baltimore Orioles visiting the dominating Texas Rangers.  Baltimore had already won the first two games of the series and people following the RPI chase, the -120 every game of the series chase, the -150 at home series chase and just about every other system play in the world was LOADED up on Texas that Saturday.  They were loaded up at -385...yes that was the closing line and a STUPID bet.  I tell my members of Platinum Sports Investing Club that laying over -150 makes me weary.  ALL BULLPENS SUCK.  Remember that and you'll be better off.   So at -385 everybody in the world was on that LOCK in Texas.  Every service on the RX forum and SBR  and every other tout haven on the planet had Texas -385, Texas -1.5, Texas -2.5.......Texas NEVER led in that game and lost 6-1 as a -385 favorite.   That set up the final blow.

Sunday July 11th, 2010.  First off, nothing good can happen on that day anyway.  That was the anniversary day of the day I got married to my now ex-wife in one of the worst marriages in the history of marriage.  So right off the bat the whole world is kinda cursed on that day.  But I digress.  So here we are, Baltimore  after taking the first 3 game of the series SURELY couldn't sweep the mighty Texas Rangers.....In Texas...could they?   Once again, every tout, every chaser, and nearly everyone had TEXAS as their play of the millennium.  Texas went off -235 and when they scored a run in the bottom of the first,  everyone felt great....Baltimore answered with 3 in the top of the 2nd and Texas never scored again and was swept at home, by one of the worst teams in MLB that year....4-1 was the final.   Men cried.  No seriously, men cried.  A lot of them called me.  They weren't my clients but that was the straw that broke the camels back.  One guy lost $82,000 on those 4 games in a 4 game chase.  Most of them begged me to teach them how to manage their money.

The moral of that story is that ANYONE can be beat.  Just when you think your system will never lose, you're 5 minutes away from a kick in the private parts.   Anything can and will happen in MLB and especially close to the all star break,  and that's why baseball is such a great game because the WORST team will find a way to win 60 times.  The best team will lose 60 times....how will you navigate that mine field?

To your success,

Tod Wilkinson
