Rules:

1. Do not play any horse at less than 3-1.
If you have a Twinspires.com or other account
that allows you to do conditional wagering, that is the easiest
way to ensure you only make plays on those horses going off
at proper odds.

2. Any horse over 6-1 you have the option to bet it to win AND
to place.

3. On races where we have 2 or more horses, you may play them
both provided that the combined odds are 5-1 or higher. In the
rare case there are 3 horses listed, you may play them all if the combined odds are 10-1 or higher or you can play the highest 2 odds horses of the 3.
